The design process begins with a free consultation and quote. Your quote will include several design options based on your budget and preferences.
Design
If you choose our services and select a design option, we'll require a 50% deposit to begin the job. You will be notified to view the online proof of your custom design once available. Requested changes will be made, and we'll deliver a sample mock-up of your design for your final approval. Once approved, you will be billed for the remaining balance, which is due prior to shipment.

Timing
Most orders take 3-6 weeks, depending on the quantity, season and complexity (rush jobs available). Our goal is to complete your job to your exact specifications, and we carefully review every order before it is shipped.
Payment Options
We accept checks, money orders, cash or credit cards through PayPal. If you wish to pay via PayPal, we'll send you a link to access the PayPal order form once your order has been confirmed. Due to the extra processing costs, we charge an additional 3% fee on your total bill when paying with credit card.
